Running track is entirely different from any other type of running.
Sometimes you will find yourself running on grass, and sometimes you will find yourself running on a track.
The track will not always be a flat surface.
In fact, some tracks are made from gravel, and you will have a hard time keeping your traction.
In other cases you may find that the grass you run on is wet, and well all know what it's like to run on wet grass.
For this reason, track spikes are the best type of shoe to choose for running track.
There are many different types of track spikes out there, and we will review a few of them to give you a fairly good idea.

With the low weight of these, you will feel as if you are running on air, making for a more enjoyable experience, and a better track run overall.
