I have been doing interval runs (run/walks) and I have been using my sportswatch as a timer.

I didn't know that there is a device that functions as an interval timer until recently.

I was reading this article about running tips for beginners and it said that the Gymboss would help me with my interval runs.

I decided to give it a go. It's very cheap so I did not feel I had much to lose if it would not live up to the expectations.

After using the Gymboss for a couple of weeks, I find that it's really useful.

I can just set my running and walking times, and then it will just beep whenever it's time to switch my pace.

Very convenient. Now I can concentrate on my running since I don't have to keep on looking at my watch to see if it is time yet.

It is very cheap and I like it very much. It is easy to use, I have found it very helpful in my running.

I would recommend it to anyone doing run/walk programs.
